Avion Place

This project is located just two blocks from the Sonoma County Airport and consists of four thoughtfully designed stucco-clad buildings. The site plan steps from single-story structures along the boulevard to two-story buildings toward the rear, creating a balanced and contextual streetscape.

Distinctive tower elements highlight the primary entrances and core common areas, reinforcing wayfinding and architectural identity. To provide maximum flexibility for the client whether to lease, hold, or sell portions of the development a full condominium structure was implemented, accommodating multiple tenants or appropriately scaled ownership opportunities.

Shared outdoor spaces between the buildings, enhanced with a mix of hardscape and soft landscaping, offer inviting areas for occupants to gather, relax, and enjoy the environment.
