Bastoni Estate

The 2017 Tubbs Firestorm destroyed the original home, but it gave the client an opportunity to rebuild a contemporary residence with deep overhangs, modern materials, high-efficiency appliances, and an elevator to easily connect the two levels of this new two-story home. During the design process, we reoriented the home approximately 10 degrees to the southeast to capture a direct view down the scenic Valley of the Moon.

Set on 15 acres, the home's main level includes the primary living spaces, a combined living and dining area, a family room open to the kitchen, a laundry room, office, and a spacious master suite. The lower level is designed for entertainment, featuring a media room with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, a bar, and two private guest bedroom suites.

Outdoor amenities complete the experience, including an outdoor kitchen, expansive patio areas, custom landscaping, and a spa tub ideal for enjoying the serene surroundings.
