Bedrosians Tile & Stone

A major remodel and repurposing of this building, originally constructed in the 1980s as an 84 Lumber facility, was requested by a national client. To ensure cost efficiency, we retained the existing concrete slab, perimeter walls, and metal building frame system. New facades were introduced on three sides of the structure to highlight the main entrance and create large openings filled with storefront glazing, enhancing retail visibility from the heavily traveled avenue.

All utilities and the parking lot were upgraded to meet current City standards. Inside, the layout includes a spacious showroom with large-scale vignettes that showcase the client’s tile and slab offerings. Additional interior improvements include offices, a warehouse, restrooms, and an employee break area.

The site was also designed to accommodate a future expansion, which was completed in 2022. This addition houses an indoor stone slab showroom featuring an overhead crane to assist with product selection and streamline the sales process.
