Bluewave Express Carwash

After completing over 70 master plans for Bluewave, primarily across Texas, our client sought to create a showcase location near his family home in Marin, California. The result is a sleek, high-performance car wash facility featuring a floating slab foundation, concrete masonry walls, and a durable metal roof system.

The building is equipped with specialized wash, dry, and wax equipment designed to handle a high volume of vehicles, accommodating up to 40 to 50 cars per hour. Covered vacuum stations were strategically placed along the frontage, taking advantage of visibility from the adjacent freeway off-ramp on this narrow, elongated site.
