La Plaza View Family Apartments

La Plaza View Family Apartments is a proposed affordable housing development designed with a concrete podium at the ground level and wood or metal-frame construction for the second through fifth floors. The project includes 70 one-,two-, and three-bedroom units intended for moderate- and low-income families.

A range of community amenities are integrated into the design, including a community gathering room, computer lab, fitness space, laundry facilities, and secure bicycle storage. Outdoor common areas feature a ground-level community garden, a children’s play area on the second-level podium, and shared balcony spaces on the upper floors—encouraging connection and interaction among residents.
