La Plaza Mixed-Use Project

The La Plaza project is a three-story mixed-use development located in downtown Cotati. It features two stories of wood-framed one, two and three-bedroom apartments built above a concrete podium. The ground floor includes retail and office spaces that front the city streets, while parking is located at the rear of the property for convenience and accessibility.

The project was successfully entitled through the City Planning Commission, meeting the strict requirements of Cotati’s Downtown Specific Plan. It was well received and praised as a desirable addition to the downtown area.
