The client requested the repurposing of this small building from office use into a bakery. Major exterior upgrades included new siding, updated windows, the addition of an outdoor patio area for patrons, and a permeable-surfaced parking lot. Inside, the building was completely gutted and reimagined with a commercial bakery kitchen, an ADA-compliant restroom, display cases for baked goods, and a cozy dining area with bistro-style seating.

Now a popular destination in the charming town of Glen Ellen, the bakery draws both tourists and locals. Operated by bakers from France, it offers some of the finest pastries in the region, often selling out before the day is done.
