Lagunitas - Innovation Lab

Among the many projects we’ve completed at the Lagunitas Brewing Company facility in Petaluma, the Innovation Lab stands out as one of the smaller but most enjoyable undertakings. Designed in close collaboration with the Lagunitas team and “Brewmonster” Jeremy Marshall, the Lab celebrates the company’s roots by focusing on small-batch, experimental beer production.

Strategically positioned along the east side of the year-round outdoor patio, the Lab features a large storefront façade that allows visitors to peek inside and watch the Brewmonster in action. It creates a dynamic connection between the brewing process and the customer experience, embodying the creative spirit of Lagunitas.
