The Moore Building, completed in 2004, is Santa Rosa’s first four-story mid-rise mixed-use development. It features three levels of wood-framed one- and two-bedroom apartments built over a concrete podium, which houses a ground-floor parking garage and retail tenant spaces that front the city streets, contributing to a vibrant and pedestrian-friendly streetscape.

This project was the result of a collaborative planning process involving the property owners, our design team, the St. Rose Neighborhood preservation group, and City of Santa Rosa planners, all of whom worked to meet the city's design excellence standards and the City Council's vision to revitalize the downtown core
